Dr. Feelgood play Strings Bar & Venue in Newport on Friday 11 June 2027, bringing a rhythm-and-blues gig into the early-summer diary. The venue has marked the show as recently announced, so there is time to get a group together before the date comes round. For someone who would rather spend Friday in a music venue than plan a larger night away, it is an Island date worth knowing about early.
The band’s name will be familiar to listeners who like their rhythm and blues direct and played live. This is a dedicated gig at Strings, with the evening centred on the performance rather than a background set during dinner. June can fill up with competing invitations, particularly when friends need to travel or arrange childcare, and a confirmed concert date makes a useful starting point for getting everyone’s plans in the same place.
For this live music date, doors are advertised for 7.30pm. General admission is £33 including fees, with a £30 face value, and the event is for ages 16 and over. Keep that age limit in mind before buying for a younger fan. The venue calendar runs to 11pm; check the final running order if a precise collection time matters. Tickets are on sale well ahead of the June gig, so keep the confirmation somewhere you will find it when summer comes round.
