Fusion plays The Waterfront in Totland Bay on Friday 18 December, the last Friday named in the restaurant’s Christmas live music line-up. Bring friends together for a west Wight evening before Christmas week begins, with the option of sitting down to a festive meal at the venue. The Christmas menu offers a choice beyond a traditional turkey dinner. You can order roasted cod loin with new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, courgette pearls, olives and herb oil, or choose a butternut, mushroom and sage pithivier with winter vegetables. Cider and honey braised lamb breast is another option. Two courses cost £27 and three cost £33.
