Christmas Wreath Making at IOW Community Club

Make a Christmas wreath at Cowes’ Isle of Wight Community Club, with foliage, decorations, mulled wine and a mince pie included for adults.

Christmas Wreath Making at Isle of Wight Community Club gives you a reason to get friends together before December fills up. Bring your secateurs, choose your decorations and make a wreath to take home. The Cowes club offers a Saturday afternoon session and a Tuesday evening date, so you can choose a time that fits around work and family plans.

The £20 workshop includes all the foliage and decorations, with a mince pie and mulled wine on arrival. You supply your own secateurs. That keeps the preparation simple: book your place, check your tools and come ready to spend some time making. The organiser welcomes everyone aged over 18, rather than limiting the sessions to an existing craft group. You can book with a friend or use the workshop as a chance to do something creative in your own town.

The club is on Park Road in Cowes. Call 01983 292238 or visit the bar to reserve your place; payment is required when you book. The Saturday session starts at 1pm and the Tuesday session at 7.30pm. The club has not given a finish time, so ask when booking if you need to arrange a lift or be home for a particular hour. There are more arts and crafts workshops around the Isle of Wight if you want to keep making after the Christmas wreath goes on the door.
