From Waste to Wearable: Rethinking Materials Through Making

beCHARLO host a jewellery workshop using reclaimed materials at their Billingham studio, Friday 7 August, £40, beginners welcome.

Presented by beCHARLO

From Waste to Wearable returns to beCHARLO Studio + Workshop after selling out at Biosphere Festival. The Friday session is a 2.5-hour morning workshop where you turn reclaimed and repurposed materials into either a layered pendant or statement earrings, with tools, tea and guidance included.

Billingham, north of Newport, keeps the group small: maximum four participants, which suits anyone who wants proper attention rather than a crowded craft barn. Ages 12 plus are welcome, with under-16s needing a participating adult beside them.

Pre-booking is essential at £40 per person via the beCHARLO shop listing. It belongs with arts and craft workshops on the Isle of Wight where sustainability is part of the pleasure, not a lecture. Full directions arrive after booking.
