The Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir begin their Isle of Wight summer tour at Norton Grange Coastal Village on Friday 10 July, with a 7.45pm start. The choir, also known as the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary Male Voice Choir, brings its concert programme to west Wight with the Solent visible from the coastal village.
Norton Grange sits between Yarmouth and the coast, a Warner village setting that gives the concert a holiday-camp warmth even if you are not staying on site. Male voice choirs suit listeners who like harmony without the fuss of a full orchestral night, and a Friday slot makes it easy to combine with dinner in Yarmouth before the short drive along Halletts Shute through west Wight.
Check hampshirepolicechoir.org.uk for ticket details before travelling. For more music events on the Isle of Wight, the choir also performs at Christ Church Totland Bay on Saturday evening and the County Show on Sunday afternoon that same weekend.
