Music Bingo Night is a Thursday fundraiser at the Folly Inn in Whippingham on 12 November. Book a table, bring friends and spend two hours on music bingo, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, for a good cause. The Folly is a pub on the River Medina, and a social evening like this suits a group.
The Folly says the money raised goes into its Macmillan pot, and an Isle of Wight community charity will be involved too. That second charity has not been named yet. If you want to know how the proceeds are shared, ask the pub. No bingo rules or song list have been given, so leave room for the host to explain once the evening starts. No prizes are listed.
The Folly Inn is on Folly Lane, Whippingham, PO32 6NB. Tables are booked through the pub’s own booking route. No entry price is stated, so confirm any bingo charge, and count food and drink as separate spending. If you plan to eat, ask about kitchen service when you book the table. More details on the charity are to follow, so check the pub’s event page again nearer the date. More fundraisers are in the community events if you want a social evening with a cause attached.
