Wight Wheels returns to Chale Recreation Ground as a charity classic car and bike show organised by Wight American Cars. Expect American classics, hot rods, motorbikes, trucks, tractors, modified cars and other vehicles across the recreation ground.
The show is aimed beyond dedicated motoring fans, with trade stands, food stalls, music and family attractions. It works well for children who like big vehicles and machinery, and it is easy to combine with a south-west Wight drive or a stop along Military Road.
Spectator entry is free, with donations and event proceeds supporting Freshwater Independent Lifeboat. Because this is an outdoor showground event, rain can affect comfort and ground conditions, so choose footwear and clothing with the field setting in mind.
