Totland Village Hall

Totland Village Hall is a community venue on The Broadway in Totland Bay, used for local gatherings, markets and private hire. You may know the building as Totland Church Hall. The parish council bought it in March 2025 and renamed it Totland Village Hall, so both names still appear when people describe events here. Use The Broadway and the current hall name when checking where your activity takes place.

The council completed remedial work to the main hall in October 2025 and now hires it with tables, chairs and use of the kitchen. That makes it a practical venue for groups who need a room to meet, set out a market or arrange their own activity. It is a community hall, so the reason to visit depends on the group or event using it that day. A booking for the hall does not mean another advertised activity is also running.

Check the event organiser’s start and finish before travelling, or contact the parish council if you want to hire the building. The council publishes hire charges and an availability calendar, with enquiries handled by email. Plans for an extension include parish office space, storage, upgraded toilets and a meeting room; these are planned improvements, rather than facilities to assume are already available. Confirm access and the space you need when booking, especially if your group has specific requirements.
