Salsa and Bachata Social with The Rueda Rebel

Three hours of salsa and bachata social dancing with The Rueda Rebel at Cafe de Ryde on Ryde Esplanade for £4 entry.

Presented by The Rueda Rebel

The Rueda Rebel hosts a salsa and bachata social at Cafe de Ryde on Saturday 11 July from 7.30pm to 10.30pm: three hours of dancing, line-ups everyone can join, and a fully licensed bar on the Esplanade. Entry is £4, which is almost absurdly good value for a proper social night with experienced dancers in the room to help beginners find their feet.

No dance experience is needed. The organiser promises good vibes and people who will boogie regardless of skill level, which is exactly what you want if you have always fancied salsa but never quite dared. Cafe de Ryde's beachside spot next to Waterside Pool gives the evening a summer-holiday feel even if you are a local looking for something different on a Saturday. Ryde Esplanade is easy to reach by hovercraft or catamaran if you are coming from the mainland for the weekend.
